Derek Walker is qualified in engineering and business and has over 35 years experience in management, governance and consulting in
the energy sector. He is experience in management and operation of electricity distribution networks and has had extensive involvement
in sector reform, business transformation, and regulatory issues.
Jeffrey Wilson, is qualified in engineering and commerce and has specialised in the power and energy sectors. He has successful experience
in electricity sector reform, regulation and governance and in valuations, analysis, power planning and management development. He
was the founder of Wilson Cook & Co Limited and is an adviser to numerous electricity companies and to several regulators and
is recognised internationally for his work.
